The pure Zeshancheng-1209 micro powder, tested by DSC, shows no glass transition temperature below 500°C. The pure Zeshancheng-1208 profile, tested by DMA, exhibits a glass transition temperature of approximately 465°C. Remarkably, its elastic modulus remains above 1GPa even at 450°C. This makes it the highest-temperature-resistant pure polyimide profile available in commercial products.

The Zeshancheng-1209 pure plate boasts a volume resistivity of 10^16 Ω·cm, along with exceptional electrical breakdown resistance and dielectric properties.

Zeshancheng-1209 micro-powder readily combines with graphite, molybdenum disulfide, and polytetrafluoroethylene micro-powder to form ultra-wear-resistant profiles. The resulting components demonstrate exceptional self-lubrication performance under extreme conditions including high temperatures, high vacuum, and lubricant-free environments, while maintaining outstanding deformation resistance.

The pure Zeshancheng-1209profile remains crack-free in liquid helium, making it widely used in manufacturing various ultra-low-temperature resistant components.

Material applications:

Zeshancheng-1209 is extensively used in manufacturing high-temperature and wear-resistant components (such as bushings, sleeves, and bearings), gaskets, and high-temperature tooling fixtures (e.g., for chip production).
