The pure Zeshancheng-1208 micro powder, tested by DSC, has a glass transition temperature of approximately 380. The pure Zeshancheng-1208 profile, tested by DMA, has a glass transition temperature of approximately 385.

The Zeshancheng-1208 pure plate boasts a volume resistivity of 10^15 Ω·cm, along with exceptional electrical breakdown resistance and dielectric properties.

Zeshancheng-1208 micro-powder readily combines with graphite, molybdenum disulfide, and polytetrafluoroethylene micro-powder to form ultra-wear-resistant profiles. The resulting components demonstrate exceptional self-lubrication performance under extreme conditions including high temperatures, high vacuum, and lubrication-free environments, while maintaining outstanding deformation resistance.

The pure Zeshancheng-1208 profile maintains 90% strength retention after 1×10¹⁰ rad fast electron irradiation, making it widely used in the nuclear industry.

The pure Zeshancheng-1208 alloy remains non-brittle in liquid helium, making it widely used in manufacturing ultra-low-temperature components.
